Golden handshake for pest controllers

London Network for Pest Solutions (LNPS) is offering qualified pest control technicians a golden handshake of £1,000 to join their growing business.

In recent weeks, labour shortages have been reported in several industries, especially haulage and hospitality. The same problem exists in pest control, for although the sector offers employees a great career with plenty of opportunity for advancement, there just aren’t enough technicians to fill all the available positions.

LNPS has now decided to follow the example set by companies such as Tesco’s and is offering pest control technicians, qualified to RSPH Level 2, a golden handshake of £1,000.

Based in the London Borough of Newham, the company covers the whole of London and the Home Counties, providing pest control services in residential and commercial settings.

Candidates will receive a basic salary of c.£26,000 PA, with a monthly performance-related bonus and annual bonus. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, mobile phone and tablet, laptop and uniform. Employees are also eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme, which is a defined benefit scheme.

Applicants should contact Managing Director Paul Cooper with details of your relevant experience.
